Portfolio pilots / clear scope first

One portfolio.
One useful workflow.

Start with an assessment or an initial 30-day managed pilot. Keep your existing counsel and providers while making the corporate-action handoff easier to follow.

Portfolio workflow assessment

$1,500one-time scoped assessment

Examine how one corporate change moves through your portfolio, from the source record to the final handoff.

What your team receives

  • Entity and source-record inventory
  • A working request and approval queue
  • An exception register with named owners
  • A closing report and available completion evidence

How delivery is reviewed

  • Every scoped case has an entity, owner and current source—or a documented hold.
  • Review decisions identify the exact packet version and the authorized customer reviewer.
  • A completed case has matched completion evidence; missing evidence stays open.
  • The customer receives the queue, exception list and closing report for review.

The agreed start date follows kickoff and receipt of required inputs. Exceptions remain open until resolved. Actual appointments, signatures, filings, payments and legal advice are outside this pilot. Customer documents require a separately agreed secure intake.

Before the pilot starts

Agree the inputs.
Review the outputs.

Your inputs

A validated entity list within the cap, existing source records through an agreed secure intake, one authorized customer reviewer and timely answers to open questions.

Clear commercial terms

The proposal confirms the start date, entity and case limits, deliverables, revisions, actual fee, setup costs, third-party costs and payment terms. Continuation after the initial pilot requires written agreement.

A documented result

The pilot closes with a customer review of the agreed records and report. Cases with missing evidence remain visible exceptions; an internal case status does not certify legal compliance or establish an officer appointment.

Larger portfolios

Additional entities, action types, cases, integrations or review cycles need a separate scope. These starting prices are pilot tests, not an unlimited software subscription.
